Letter: Job well done by Camp Verde Marshal's Office

Editor:

Camp Verde's Parade of Lights this year was very good to say the least! Lots of hard work by many people who participated in the parade so those who stood and watched could smile and enjoy.

I have often wondered, how do they get these floats home? Well some of them drive them home! I observed this as the Finding Nemo Float and 3 very tall Christmas Trees headed out of town. If the trees were looking for Nemo they must have found him as they followed Nemo down Main Street onto Hwy 260. It was a sight to see, Nemo being followed by 3 Christmas Trees!

My compliments to the Camp Verde Marshal's Office as I watched their patrol car pull in behind the last tree, emergency light flashing, to help guide these floats along the highway and to their turn off destination. This I know was not a request from Nemo and the three Christmas Trees. It was common sense and a courtesy on the part of the Camp Verde Marshal's Office.

Thank you Camp Verde Marshal's Office for a job well done.
