Letters: We have a wonderful hospital and staff

After being admitted three times and spending a total of 22 days at Verde Valley Medical Center, I would like to say a few things about this wonderful hospital and staff.

First of all I would like to thank the Camp Verde Fire Dept. and Medics. Their response and treatment was commendable. These men showed their professionalism and experience, beyond the excellence we would expect! Thank you all for you courteous and professional work, you are wonderful and lifesavers!

Lets begin with the physicians, I felt confident that each and everyone of these people were more than qualified in their fields, and went beyond all my expectations. I would especially like to mention Dr. Butman, Dr. and Mrs. Bescak and Dr. Arnold, also Dr. Mei and Dr. Adjovu.

I would like to thank the staffs of the E.R., the cardiac cath lab and the Telemetery section of the hospital. These are the people that execute the physicians directions, and I must say do a job well above their goal of excellence.

The nurses and techs, the pulmonary techs, the dieticians and the house keeping departments are the finest you will ever encounter! When you are a patient here at Verde Valley Medical Center you are treated as family.

When I was discharged, the case worker assigned to me took care of everything needed, outside vendors, pharmacy needs, etc. I enrolled in the Cardiac Therapy at the hospital, the staff there is friendly and helpful and very concerned about my recovery. Believe me, these folks are well above the mark of excellence.

I would truly like to thank everyone at Verde Valley Medical Center for making my visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible! Dennis May
