Rediscover God in America webcast at Calvary Chapel

On Saturday, March 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Calvary Chapel of Camp Verde presents "Rediscover God in America" via webcast. This event, which is open to the public, will reveal how American history and current events can be fully understood only in light of God and His word.

Speakers Mike Huckabee, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, George Barna, David Barton and others will lay a foundation of critical knowledge for attendees. They will share their insights on how to interpret and assess current events in the context of God's Word, as the Founding Fathers did, and how to respond biblically and take action that aligns with His truth.

Huckabee is the former governor of Arkansas and the host of the No. 1 rated weekend show "Huckabee" on the Fox News Channel.

Gingrich, former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, is well known as the architect of the "Contract with America" that led the Republican Party to victory in 1994 by capturing the majority in the U.S. House for the first time in 40 years.

Bachmann is a Tea Party favorite from Minnesota.

Barna, a nationally known researcher, has been called "the most quoted person in the Christian Church today" and has been named by various media as one of the nation's most influential Christian leaders.

Barton heads WallBuilders, a national pro-family organization that presents America's forgotten history and heroes, with an emphasis on moral, religious, and constitutional heritage.

Calvary Chapel is located at 514 Main St. in Camp Verde. For more information call the church at (928) 567-2171 or email webservant-campverde@calvarychapel.com or log on to www.calvarycv.org
