VERDE VALLEY- Those who have been shopping in the past few months know that Christmas is right around the corner.

Stores have had their holiday decorations out since right after Halloween. But what they haven't had out are the fresh cut Christmas trees.

There are many ways to purchase a tree this holiday season. Whether it be an artificial tree, a real tree from the store, or one cut down by families in a forest, a Christmas tree is for most families the centerpiece to a festive home.

There are only a few places to get Christmas trees in the Verde Valley. Those include Home Depot, Walmart, Ace Hardware, Prescott National Forest, and the Kiwanis Club.
