BEAVER CREEK- Beaver Creek School District is having their monthly board meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14 in the governing board room at Beaver Creek School, located at 4810 E. River Creek Road in Rimrock.

During this meeting, a proposal of new policy adoption will be presented for review. It is not until the next meeting that the board is allowed to discuss. They will hear the views of the public and the staff. It is only after these items that the board may make changes to the proposal.

Items that are on this proposal include but are not limited to, retirement of faculties, support staff reduction in force, tuition/admission of non-resident students and student discipline.

The board will discuss their evaluations of themselves and others on the board. They will request approval of their evaluations. There will be discussion and possible approval of new staff on campus.

There are a few items on the agenda that are up for discussion but no action will take place during this meeting. These items include homebound instruction and exclusions and exemptions from school attendance.

Beaver Creek School will have its fall break Oct. 12-15.
