In dressing in a tuxedo and delivering his petitions on a silver platter, District 3 Supervisor Chip Davis, with his wife, Karen, said he was making a statement that it would be his last campaign. If he is elected and finishes his term, he will be the first Yavapai County supervisor to serve five consecutive terms.
