Students at Camp Verde High School are an industrious lot if the Expo and Art Fair held on Wednesday evening is any indication. The gymnasium had drawings, paintings, sculpture and photography on display, along with work by the woodshop/cabinetry and welding classes. Also in the gym, physics students offered rides on the hovercraft they built. In the school courtyard there were multiple stations set up, with members of FFA, school athletic teams and extracurricular organizations pitching their programs and highlighting their achievements. There was a steady stream of singer-guitarists playing on the green as well as poetry readings and a choir to entertain visitors to the event. Principal Weir gave out cash prizes for best artwork and craft entries during the expo.
